Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind after delivery
Products consumed or used after delivery
Incorrect storage or handling by customer
To process a return, exchange or refund, customers must provide the following:
✔ Clear video proof recorded at the time of unboxing/delivery
✔ Video should clearly show the damaged product and packaging
✔ Complaint should be raised within 2 hours of delivery
If valid proof is not provided, the return/refund request may be rejected.
If the damage is verified:
Damaged items will be replaced (exchange) or
Refund will be issued to original mode of payment or as store credit
Refund/Exchange will be processed within 2–5 working days.
For safety and hygiene reasons, return is not applicable for:
Fresh fruits & vegetables
Frozen foods
Dairy products
Meat & bakery items
Any consumable already opened or partially used
