Cancellation Policy – Ambur Basket

At Ambur Basket, we work to ensure that every order is processed and delivered quickly. To maintain smooth operations and freshness of products, order cancellation is allowed only under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched.
Cancellation is not possible once the order is out for delivery.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped or handed to the delivery partner:

❌ No cancellation is allowed
❌ No refund will be provided unless special approval is given

Fresh items (vegetables, fruits, milk, meat, bakery) cannot be cancelled after processing due to perishability.

3. Order Cancellation by Ambur Basket

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

• Product out of stock or unavailable
• Delivery location not serviceable
• Payment or order verification failure
• Technical/operational issues

In such cases, customers will be notified and full refund will be initiated.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved:

• Refund will be credited to original payment mode or as store wallet/credit
• Refund processing time: 2–5 working days

5. Important Notes

• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for refund
• COD orders can only be cancelled before packing
• Frequent order cancellations may result in account/order restrictions
